| TOOLS FOR TOMORROW, a tax exempt corporation under I.R.S. 501(c)3, is governed by a Board of Directors and financially supported by Friends of TOOLS OF TOMORROW, a fund raising auxiliary; grants; private and community donations; and in-kind services.
An endowment trust has been established, the income from which will be used only for administrative expenses, which will allow all funds collected to go directly to serving the children.
The income from the Noël W. Bryant endowment trust pays the program's over-head expenses, enabling all grants and donations to go directly to serving the children. |
